DELIVERY INFORMATION
We have been delivering our produce by mail order for the past 30 years

All prices for our hampers and food and drink produce include delivery costs. Each delivery comes with a hand written message of your choice on our very own Orkney postcard. Boxed hampers are individually giftwrapped and double boxed for mailing and wicker hampers are packed extremely well to avoid damage.
Ice packs are included with all perishable items so your order arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order may not arrive or there are breakages, we guarantee to replace or refund any items.
We use UK PARCELFORCE or 1st class post for small items - such as smoked salmon for deliveries outside Orkney. Local Orkney deliveries are done by van. Parcelforce require a signature from the recipient of the goods, if the person is not at home a card is put through their door asking them to collect from their local post office.
Please allow 3-4 days for delivery once you have placed your order to be able to recieve fresh stock for your delivery.

UK Deliveries ( Outwith Orkney)
We use parcelforce 24hr and 48hr service for UK DELIVERIES outside Orkney please make sure you order the correct code for deliveries outside Orkney but within the UK.

Our prices are lower for all local Orkney deliveries as we do not have parcelforce costs. Please make sure you order the correct code for locally delivered Orkney hampers.
