We want to cook fresh local Orkney seasonal produce and have simple blackboard
and take away menus changing daily, with the emphasis on quality not quantity.
We deal with many local Orkney produce suppliers retailing their goods
and now we cook their produce and encourage our customers to buy as much
locally made food as possible.
Our opening hours will be from 9.00pm - 6.00pm and some evenings in the
Winter months and on Sundays from April through till December. From May
to September during the Summer season we are open 7days a week every evening
till 10pm
We have a drinks licence so that our customers can enjoy a glass of wine
or beer with their food and have a very family friendly relaxed atmosphere.

for enthusiastic good all rounders who can do a variety of jobs in our
kitchen from food preperation, some cooking , making coffee, cleaning
and serving.
The ability to learn quickly, have a friendly easy going manner and be
part of a small team is essential.
Hours will be flexible each day and we will need cover some evenings,
every Saturday and most Sundays.
Hours will vary from 30- 45 hours per week depending how busy we may be,
but you must be prepared to work more hours during the months of June/
July and August.
