A very rare and collectable piece which you do not often find as locals hunt for pieces like these, this jug was probably used on the ship "The Orcadia" in her Galley where you used to get breakfast through to dinner on route to The Northern Isles of Orkney in the 1960 s. It is imprinted with The North of Scotland Orkney & Shetland Shipping Co Ltd blue logo and has the logo for Bristol Reinforced Vitriol England on the base.

Condition - Pretty good but as you can see there is aged crackling on the glaze. Hence it has been used and pre -loved.
