Sugar, water, glucose syrup, strawberry flavouring natural deluxe (concentrated apple juice, strawberries (35%), natural flavouring, acidity regulators (E330, E270), pork gelatine, salt, corn flour and icing sugar.
Orkney Marshmallows was created by Gary Nicolson in his family home in Rendall.
Marshmallows are a growing trend in confectionery, and he wanted to be able to bring that to Orkney. Gary has developed his own recipe, and created Orkney Marshmallows.
