Shopping online with us is 100% secure. Our credit card payments are processed through WorldPay.
Your postage will be added to your order at the end of checkout. Postage is included in all Orkney hampers and boxes. But will be added when you make up your own hamper or box or order individual food, drink and all clothing and gift items.
When purchasing a hamper as a gift, please use the box provided to enter your card message and required delivery date. Sorry but we do not deliver food and drink products outside the UK

Xmas Orkney Hampers and Boxes 
Postage and packing is included in all our hampers and Boxes unless otherwise stated eg if you make up your own ! Or you buy individual items
We use Royal Mail Tracked for perishable items please allow aprox 2-4 working days for delivery from Orkney.  Deliveries normally require a signature, if the addressee is not at home, then their delivery driver will put a note through the door. Orders for our Orkney hampers and food are sent out from Monday to Wednesday to avoid any weekend delays. 

 Order Xmas Hampers before the 6th December 2022 to guarantee Xmas Delivery. We can still take orders after this date but do not guarantee Xmas delivery especially due to UK postal Strikes
We take great care to ensure that the goods get to you in perfect condition but please allow for the odd broken biscuit! We reserve the right to exchange any food product within a hamper, as many of our small producers can have a limited supply as they often prove to be very popular- but would always inform you if there was any large changes made.

All Food and alcohol can only be delivered within the United Kingdom due to customs restrictions outside the UK.

Knitwear, Clothing and Gifts within the UK ( gift vouchers, hampers, seafood, cured meat and whiskies sent within the UK include delivery costs )
Post and Packaging rates for the UK is £5 per Royal Mail un-insured delivery or you can choose expensive items to be sent with Insured Parcelforce for tracking if preferred:

Whilst we endeavour to price our postage accurately, if a parcel is extremely large or heavy, we may need to charge an additional fee to cover added postage costs. We always try to send your goods by the most economical and safest way possible and will make sure that you will not be overcharged.
If we need to make such a charge we will contact you beforehand to discuss.
We reserve the right to split your order into smaller consignments.

Returns

Our returns policy is normally 14 days for UK and 21 days for outside the UK. If you have had the item longer than this, please get in touch with your order number and we can discuss the details as long as your item has the original neck labels. But we cannot guarantee a refund if you have had the item for longer than our returns policy states.
To be eligible for any return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with labels.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as-  Perishable goods such as food, alcohol and all Orkney Hampers .

To return your goods please send us your customer order number with covering note to.

Sorry we do not pay for return postage unless the item was faulty when you received it or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or you have received the wrong item by us. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or paypal account again. It may take a few banking days before your refund is officially posted.

Hampers, Food & Whisky
Hampers, Food and alcohol are non-returnable unless we are responsible for sending the wrong address. If a hamper is returned due to an incorrect address being given or failure to collect the parcel from the Royal Mail depot by the recipient we will not issue a refund and the purchaser would be required to pay postage again if they wished it to be re-sent. 
We are within our rights to send replacements within our hampers and boxes if some of our food suppliers for some reason can not supply an actual item in your box. If we have to exchange to many items as often nearer Xmas we do run short with some small producers then we will let you know.
