Made and distilled by the Sea by VS Distillers based in Lamb Holm overlooking the Churchill Barriers in Orkney
Spiced Rum: Pot Still style dry Spiced Rum (less than 5g of sugar per litre) with caramel and natural spices from around the world including two secret ingredients grown in Orkney.
Fading Light: The glow of the sun that never truly sets in the summer, or the dying light of short winter days. Known locally as the grimleens, the eerie dusk in Orkney has inspired many tales of ghosts and spirits. Pot still rum, bottled at 43% alc. Aged 5 years with zero sugar or colouring.
Revenge: Pure pot still Scottish rum bottled at 43% Alc. Vol. 70cl
Aged 3 years in bourbon and virgin oak casks.
Zero added sugar or colouring.
Culverin: Unaged pure single rum, made in Scotland.
Their TC marque fermented to 9% over 5 days
distilled to 85% in a single pass
on our 2000L pot still with rectification column.
It is then slowly diluted to 50% to create a lighter spirit
which still offers plenty of flavour.
