A farmhouse style cheese with a smooth creamy character and firm texture. An Orkney alternative to Halloumi or Paneer cheese. Made by hand in Orkney in small batches with local cows milk on a very small scale basis. Delicious with Orkney Isles chilli jam and Westray flakey biscuits
