200g pack of Salmon, hand-smoked and sliced by Kevin Rendall in Westray.
All our salmon is smoked in Westray by the Rendall family- it is the best and we use it in our own cafe as well. It comes pre sliced and is perfect for a Xmas or New Year treat. All salmon orders are posted tracked before and close to Xmas in order to have a long enough date over the festive season,but if you require it before you can very successfully freeze salmon if need be
