Tasting Notes – Juniper led with a rosemary, citrus, cardamom undertones, with a stunning sweet pink rose finish. Perfect serve is ice, natural tonic water garnished with rose petals or elderflower tonic garnished with a lime peel twist. The Distillery is situated in the local parish of Deerness on the East Mainland of Orkneys main Island.
